to John Digges. Kick off of
our 250th *************Anniversary
February 17th - The Andrew Shriver
Story - First settlers in any area of what would
become Adams County
March 17th - Peter Kline Story(Peter
Little) Alvin Unger History Recognition Award and
LAHS Board election
April 21st - Littlestown Transportation
Highlights - turnpike; stage coach; train; trolley,
buses and
cars.
May 19th - Littlestown's early churches and their
history
June 16th - Early education in Littlestown
- Church schools; One room schools; Edge Hill Academy
and
the Littlestown **********area School System.
July 14th - Visit
Mud College (Pleasant Grove School) on rote 97 toward
Gettysburg.
August 18th - Visit Union Mills Homestead
- Andrew Shriver moved from Littlestown to help develop
Union

September 15th - History of Utilities in Littlestown
(Electric, telephone, water system and the sewage
system)
October 20th - History of Newspapers in Littlestown
November 17th - The Civil War and Littlestown
